Hi, I’m Jenny, the founder of The Laser Base. At 29 years old, I’ve had the privilege of working as a laser technician for seven years, helping people feel more comfortable in their own skin. I started The Laser Base to address an issue I’ve struggled with myself—excess body hair and the discomfort that comes with it, from skin irritation to ingrown hairs. Since opening our doors, we’ve grown into a close-knit team of five, all deeply committed to delivering both exceptional results and a supportive, welcoming experience for each of our clients.  

Over the years, I’ve encountered thousands of clients from all walks of life. From day one, my mission has been to offer the highest quality care, tailored to each person’s unique needs.

We understand that everyone’s experience with body hair is unique, and we’re here to help people feel at ease in an inclusive, non-judgmental setting.  

Our clients range from women dealing with hormonal imbalances, PCOS, and endometriosis who are often frustrated by excess hair, to women who are adjusting to hair changes after pregnancy or during menopause. These are common but often unexpected experiences, and we’re here to provide a solution that brings comfort and confidence.  

We also work with individuals whose medical conditions or medications lead to excess hair growth. Men, too, are a big part of our client base—some come to us for a smooth, clean look, while others need relief from irritation or ingrown hairs. We also assist many trans women who are going through their transition, laser hair removal can be a vital step, offering an affirming experience that aligns with their journey. We’re part of the LGBTQIA+ directory and provide a positive and safe space for all customers.
